Cara Menghitung Tetesan Infus

Rumus tetesan infus :

Rumus 1

Jumlah tetesan/menit = (Kebutuhan cairan x faktor tetes)

                                                (jumlah jam x 60menit)

Atau

Rumus 2

N = ( jumlah cairan x faktor tetesan ) : waktu dalam menit

Keterangan :

N = jumlah tetesan/ menit

Makro (dewasa)  = 1 cc = 20 tetes/ menit

Mikro (anak-anak) = 1 cc = 60 tetes/ menit                 

Otsuka — 1cc   = 15 tetes

Terumo — 1 cc =  20 tetes

Contoh 1 :

Infus set Otsuka   (2.500 x 15)  = 37.500 = 26 tetes/menit

                               (24 x 60)         1.440

Infus set Terumo    (2.500 x 20)  = 50.000 = 35 tetes/menit

                                 (24 x 60)         1.440

Contoh 2 :

N = ( 1000 x 20 ) : 720 = 27.7 = 27 tetes/ menit (makro)

N = ( 1000 x 60 ) : 720 = 83.3 = 83 tetes/ menit (mikro)
